Jeremy Lang was born on December 19, 1981 in Evansville, Indiana.  During his childhood and early teenage years, he did not know the Lord.  When he was 16, he had a friend that invited him to church, and there he began his walk with God.  He converted, was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, and was filled with the Holy Ghost.  A few months later, God called him to preach the gospel.  During the year of 1999, he felt a burden to reach the people of India.  He did not go right away, but God was preparing him for the work that was ahead.

Jeremy evangelized in the United States for three years.  In that time, his burden for India only became stronger.  Then in 2004, God opened a door for him to travel to India.  He stayed for almost four months, traveling all the way from Nagercoil to Delhi.  The Lord used him to see many people healed, baptized, and filled with the Holy Ghost.

On December 19, 2004, he proposed to the love of his life, Amber Ours.  She accepted his proposal, and they were married on July 23, 2005.  She is a nursing student and hopes to use her skills to benefit the people of India.  They spent six weeks of their married life in America and then traveled to India.  They have lived in India since September 2005.

Currently they reside in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.  They have founded a trust called “New Life Charitable Trust”.  This is a charity aimed at helping the poor and sick people of India.   This is still in the beginning stages but has a bright future.

At present, they have a children’s home in Northeast India in the state of Mizoram that has joined the charity.  It is called Bethani Children’s home.  There are 24 beautiful, energetic children that stay there.  They receive an education while also learning about the Word of God.

There are many more things that Jeremy and Amber aspire to do, but it is all in God’s timing.  Pray for their ministry that God would lead, guide, and protect them.
